Two units of 20ft LPG tank containers will be lifted from the heat treatment furnace undergound after heating processing, April 19, 2024 We receive various of orders from the biginning of year 2024 including products like LPG storage tank, LPG tank truck, liquid chlorine tank container, LPG trailer and so on. Heat treatment must be done for every pressure vessel as per designing & manufacturing code. The temperature will rise from zero to 620℃ and keep it for 3 hours to eliminate stress of the tank body after welding and extend the vessel’s service life. After the process is over, we issue report for stress relieving heat treatment showed by curve graph. The main fabrication process of 20ft LPG tank container is rolling and welding, it features reliable performance via heat treatment process. Our heat treatment furnace is excellent due to its feature of electric heating and rock wool insulation.

A unit of 40cbm LPG skid plant is painted as per foreign customer`s requirement on February 28, 2024.
